Easy Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase which is why we offer a 60 day money back return policy.


Basic Return Policy

All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition. You will have 60 days from the original purchase date to make your return.

No refunds will be given on WORN merchandise. All refunded merchandise must have original packaging, tags attached and be in resalable condition.

When returning a pair of shoes to us it’s important that you do not use the actual shoe box as the shipping box. Putting labels on the actual shoebox damages it and we will charge you an additional $15 fee for doing so.

To request a return, simply log onto your account, find the order, and select the items you wish to return.Your return will be processed within 24-48 hours. Upon completion you will receive an email to request a return label. Please note that if you choose to use our return label a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return. For your convenience we will allow for exchanges at any Sole Desire Shoes location. 


Returns Easy as 1, 2, 3

  1. Request a return online at, or by going to the bottom of our site and clicking Order Status under Customer Service or by clicking the Return An Item link in your Order Receipt Email.

  2. Once approved you will get an email with an RA number. Write that Number clearly on the ouside of the box your shipping the item back in. We'll send a follow up email inquiring if you want one of our labels for $7 or you want to use one of your own.

  3.  Drop off your package to any UPS drop off location.

We process most returns within one week of receiving return shipments. After your refund has been processed it can take your bank 7-10 business days to post the credit to your account.


Damages, Defects or Incorrect Items:

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise so if there is ever any manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent to you please contact us directly with any questions or concerns so we can ensure you are happy with you purchase and facilitate you on shipping something back to us.
